Cancellation & Return Policy


If you cancel your order after 1PM CST, and before it has actually been shipped, we will issue a refund to your credit card, less a 10% restocking fee.  If however, your order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for shipping to you, shipping back to us, and a 25% restocking fee should you cancel your order.  All special orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable.   Please be sure to check your email and your spam filters for your order confirmation and tracking number emails.  We are not responsible if your ISP or your computer deletes or marks our confirmation and tracking emails as spam.  If you have not received a tracking number and want to cancel the order, either email us at, or reply to the order confirmation email.  You may also call us at 281-370-3425 or on our toll free number at 800-370-4410.




Global Treat Inc. will not accept any returns without prior approval. If you have a product to be returned, you must call us at either 1-800-370-4410 or our direct line at 281-370-3425.


Products may be returned within 14 days of invoiced date for a refund (excluding shipping/handling charges) if returned within that 14 days in the original box and with prior approval.  There will be no refunds on products that have been used.  All returned merchandise must be returned in the condition it arrived including all original packaging and paperwork in order to receive a refund, credit, or replacement item. Should you choose a refund, we will credit the cost of the merchandise according to your method of payment. Return shipping charges must be prepaid and are not refundable. Any items returned or any orders cancelled will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus Global Treat Inc.'s original expenses for shipping and handling charges.  Special ordered items are not returnable.  If, for any reason, this return policy is not strictly adhered to, Global Treat Inc. will not be responsible for issuing any credits or refunds and will not do so on any products returned for any reason. Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased from Global Treat Inc. and only with prior authorization in accordance with the conditions set forth herein.


Warranty Claims:
Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. All warranties are void if the product has been improperly modified, applied or installed, subjected to misuse or abuse. Please contact Global Treat Inc. prior to returning any merchandise for warranty consideration.

Shipping Damages:
If an item reaches you in damaged condition, save the shipping carton and notify Global Treat Inc. at once. Please do not return damaged or broken merchandise to us unless you receive our instructions to do so. This is necessary so that you do not lose your right to file a claim. All claims for damaged goods must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date.  Global Treat Inc. shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages
